From September 11 to 13, 2025, the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2025) was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. At this year’s exhibition, Jingmu Optoelectronics presented its full product portfolio covering silicon carbide materials, sapphire substrates, quartz wafers, diamond thin films, and functional coated wafers, demonstrating the company’s strong technological capabilities in high-end optoelectronic materials and precision processing.
Large-diameter quartz wafers featuring high purity and low defect density, available in sizes ranging from 2 to 12 inches. These wafers are well-suited for applications in optical communications, sensors, and precision optical devices.
Including laser-cut and drilled wafers, AR/M special-orientation sapphire wafers, and large-diameter sapphire substrates (up to 12 inches). Large-size sapphire substrates offer high hardness, excellent optical transmittance, and outstanding thermal stability, making them highly advantageous in LED, laser device, and optical lens manufacturing. Patterned sapphire substrates (PSS/NPSS) effectively reduce GaN epitaxial defect density and enhance LED light-emission efficiency, serving as core materials in the production of blue and ultraviolet LEDs.
Covering single-crystal and polycrystalline diamond substrates, as well as silicon-based and SiC-based diamond thin films, which significantly improve heat dissipation and reliability of high-power devices. In addition, the showcased silicon carbide substrates and epitaxial products (4–8 inches) are widely applied in new energy vehicles, power electronics, and RF devices.
